Justin Chin E-Loong

Justin was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in November 2000.

Upon his admission to the Malaysian Bar, Justin commenced his legal practice in an established litigation firm where he gained vast experience in complex litigation matters as well as Intellectual Property related cases. Having gained invaluable exposure and experience, Justin was invited to join CCNP as a partner in 2007.

Justin is a Registered Trade Mark Agent and currently heads our Intellectual Property and Litigation Department. Justin is an experienced litigator and has conducted trials and hearings in the High Court, Industrial Court and Subordinate Courts as well as hearings in the Court of Appeal. Justin is well-versed in most aspects of contentious civil litigation such as arbitration; corporate and commercial litigation; debt recovery for goods sold and delivered and services rendered; defamation; enforcement of judgments including writ of seizure and sale, garnishee and judgment debtor summons proceedings; industrial relations and labour disputes; prosecuting and defending intellectual property claims; interlocutory reliefs including prohibitory, mandatory, Mareva and Anton Piller injunctions as well as attachment of property before judgment; landlord and tenant disputes including actions for distress and delivery of possession of premises; contentious probate and administration matters; tortious claims for conversion, negligence, nuisance and trespass; and winding-up of companies and bankruptcy of individuals.
