Roslina Binti Baharum

Roslina was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 8th May 1992. She graduated from Mara University of Technology, Malaysia in 1991 and subsequently chambered in CCNP under the supervision of Ms Ng Yoke Cheng. She worked for the firm as a legal assistant for two years before leaving to join another law firm to gain more exposure and experience. In December 1999, Roslina rejoined CCNP.

She currently handles conveyancing matters in sale and purchase of properties and related areas of land matters inclusive of assisting clients in amalgamation and subdivision of land and in obtaining related approvals for such exercise, loan security documentation in retail and commercial transactions as well as corporate finance. Roslina is also well versed in Islamic law and handles company secretarial matters in incorporation of company as a company secretary.

Roslina is currently the head of our Mortgage Loan Department.
